Safari North Wildlife Park offers an immersive experience with over 120 species from North America, Asia, Africa, South America, and Australia. Visitors can enjoy:

  • Animal Exhibits: Observe a diverse range of animals, including black and grizzly bears, sloth bears, tigers, kangaroos, leopards, cougars, bobcats, alligators, lynx, lemurs, and various monkey species. ​

  • Interactive Activities: Feed giraffes, ride camels, and mine for gemstones in the park's sluice. ​

  • Amusement Rides: Enjoy rides suitable for all ages in the Safari Wild area, offering additional family-friendly entertainment.


How far is it from True North?

Safari North Wildlife Park is situated at 8493 State Highway 371, Brainerd, MN 56401, approximately 15 miles southeast of Nisswa.


When is it open?

The park operates daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During September and October, certain attractions like camel rides, the snack shack, and the Parakeet House are open on weekends only.


How much does it cost?

Admission prices are as follows:​

  • Adults: $14.99 plus tax​

  • Children (ages 2-12): $9.99 plus tax​

  • Children under 2: Free​

Yearly passes are also available for frequent visitors.
