The estate boasts 9 bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests, as well as 3 fully-equipped kitchens, and three laundry facilities, catering to all your needs for a home away from home.
But that's just the beginning. "The True North Estate" is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring 3 inviting fire pits, a private tennis court, an outdoor hot tub and sauna, multiple patios and decks, and a 1/4-mile wooded walking trail.
True North is a promising and unique northern escape with something for everyone.
Lodge House
On the west side of the street, our 5,000 sq./ft. sanctuary sits on a half-acre directly on Roy Lake. The main floor includes a primary bedroom suite with a queen bed, private bathroom, covered balcony, and a nearby study with a full-size aspen log futon bed. The top floor houses a lakeside suite with two bedrooms and an additional bunk hall with two cozy wood-paneled bedrooms. The lower level is where fun meets comfort, featuring a game room, gym, theater, and screened-in porch.
Clubhouse
On the east side, this 1,500 sq./ft. house is set on 4 1/2 acres, complete with a private tennis court, outdoor hot tub and sauna, and wooded walking trail. It includes a primary suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, guest room and second bathroom, living room, full kitchen, laundry, and a separate yoga/exercise room (also an optional third bedroom) with a private bathroom.
Little Cabin
Also on the east side of the street, this 1,500 sq./ft. cabin is located about 100 feet from the Clubhouse, and includes one bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom with a stackable washer/dryer, living room and a screened-in porch. Guests in this cabin have access to the private tennis court, outdoor hot tub and sauna (located at the Clubhouse), and wooded walking trail.
