Our Property
We take hospitality very seriously in Minnesota and at True North that means we want you to enjoy your trip without the weather holding you back. On sunny days you can enjoy the lake, nearby bike trails, or our outdoor amenities and on rainy or snowy days you can cozy up inside with games, a private movie theater, and so much more.
Our property is uniquely designed with groups of every size in mind. There are four buildings and you can book some of them or all of them to create the space tailored to your needs. The property is big enough so that large groups can gather in big common areas, or individuals can peel away to find a quiet place all to themselves.
Lodge House
Situated on the west side of the road, this 5,000 sq/ft sanctuary sits on a half-acre on Roy Lake. The main floor includes the primary bedroom suite with a queen bed and a private bath, private balcony, and a study with a full-size aspen log futon and desk. The top floor has four additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting room and laundry room. The lower level is where fun meets comfort, featuring a game room, gym, and theater, complemented by a screened porch.
Clubhouse
On the east side of the road, this 1,500 sq/ft house shares a 4 ½ acre wooded lot with the Little Cabin, complete with a private tennis court, outdoor hot tub, sauna, and ¼ mile wooded walking trail. The house includes up to 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, laundry closet and a yoga/stretching room.
Little Cabin
Sitting about 100 feet from the Clubhouse, this charming 700 sq/ft cabin, has one bedroom, one bathroom, a stackable washer/dryer, full kitchen, living room, and screened porch. Little Cabin guests share access to the tennis court, hot tub, sauna and wooded walking trail with any guests staying in the Clubhouse.
