What can we do there?
Rock Lake Campground offers a variety of outdoor activities:
Camping: The campground features 48 primitive campsites, 13 of which are lakeside, each equipped with a cleared area, fire ring, and picnic table.
Water Activities: Guests can enjoy swimming at the designated beach area and utilize the boat launch for fishing or leisurely boating on Rock Lake.
Hiking: Explore nearby nature trails that wind through the Pillsbury State Forest, offering scenic views and opportunities for wildlife observation.
How far is it from True North?
Rock Lake Campground is approximately 15 miles southwest of True North, equating to about a 25-minute drive.
When is it open?
The campground is open seasonally from May through September.
How much does it cost?
Campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The nightly fee is $15 per site.
