Paul Bunyan Land is a family-friendly amusement park and campground located in Brainerd, Minnesota. The park features:​

  • Amusement Rides: Enjoy a variety of rides suitable for all ages, including the Tilt-a-Whirl, Ferris Wheel, Roller Coaster, and more. ​

  • Pioneer Village: Explore over 45 historical buildings filled with antiques from the late 1800s to early 1900s, offering a glimpse into Minnesota's past. ​

  • Paul's Petting Barn: Interact with various barnyard animals, providing a hands-on experience for visitors of all ages. ​

  • Campground: For extended stays, the campground offers sites equipped with water and electric hookups, along with modern restrooms and showers. 


How far is it from True North?

Paul Bunyan Land is located approximately 12 miles east of Nisswa, about a 15-20 minute drive under normal traffic conditions.


When is it open?

The park operates seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, with daily hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 


How much does it cost?

  • Admission:

    • Ages 2 and under: Free​

    • Ages 3–64: $27.95​

    • Ages 65 and over: $21.95​

Admission includes unlimited use of rides and access to the Pioneer Village and Paul's Petting Barn. ​

  • Season Passes:

    • Standard: $139.75​

    • Senior (65+): $109.75​

Season passes are valid for the entire summer season.
