What can we do there?

Visitors can enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, picnicking, and hiking. The area features a boat ramp providing access to Gull Lake, a swimming beach, picnic spots, and playgrounds.  Wildlife enthusiasts may observe bald eagles, white-tailed deer, river otters, and various songbirds.

The recreation area is approximately 7 miles from True North, translating to about a 15-minute drive.

The campground typically operates from May through September. For specific dates and facility availability, it's advisable to check the official website or contact the park directly.
